According to data<br />compiled by the Telluride Association of<br />Realtors Multiple Listing Service — which<br />includes regional transactions handled by<br />the organization’s 240-plus broker members<br />— total dollar volume for real estate<br />sales in 2007 topped out at $710 million,<br />an overall history high and 6% higher than<br />last year’s total (and former history high)<br />of $670 million.
